Summertime is here, and what better way to help your cat cool off than with creamy cat popsicles?
Ingredients
- Cat milk
- Your cat's favorite lickable treat
- A reusable popsicle mold
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the cat milk and lickable treat until well blended. Be sure to use cat milk that is specifically made for cats and purchased from a pet store. Never give your cat regular cow's milk intended for human consumption, as many cats have difficulty digesting lactose.
2. Pour the mixture into a reusable popsicle mold.
3. Place the mold in the freezer for 24 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
4. Once the creamy cat popsicle is solid, remove it from the mold and let your cat enjoy it.
Tip: Some cats are hesitant to lick frozen treats. If your cat prefers, place the popsicle in a bowl and allow it to melt slightly so they can lick or drink it instead.
Safety Note: Frozen treats should be offered as an occasional snack and not as a replacement for a complete and balanced diet. Always supervise your cat while they enjoy frozen treats, provide fresh drinking water at all times, and discontinue use if your cat experiences any signs of digestive upset or discomfort. This version is ready for a blog post or the Tot
